Ordering and Payment

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order request. For standard orders, we accept your order when we confirm dispatch. For personalized or custom-made orders, we accept your order when we expressly confirm acceptance for production.

If we cannot fulfill an order because of product availability, a genuine listing error, payment issue, or another reasonable cause, we will contact you.

We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Payments received for orders that we cancel will be refunded.

Prices and Checkout

Product Descriptions and Sizing

Please carefully review the product description, available options, measurements, and sizing information before placing your order.

Screen and device settings may cause slight differences in how colors appear. However, this does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and the product agreed upon.

For personalized or custom orders, please carefully check all designs, names, spelling, logos, measurements, colors, and other specifications before approving the item for production.

Explicit Pro remains responsible for supplying goods that conform to the agreed order.

If you need assistance with sizing or product specifications, please contact us before placing your order.

Product Use and Certification

A product's racing-inspired appearance, design, logos, description, or category name does not by itself establish protective performance or professional certification.

Customers should not assume that an item is fire-resistant, FIA approved, SFI approved, homologated, or suitable for competitive motorsport unless this is expressly stated and supported by current, product-specific documentation.

Before using apparel or accessories for motorsport or racing activities, please confirm the product's documented intended use and the requirements of your event organizer, racing authority, or relevant governing body.

If certification is essential to your purchase, please contact Explicit Pro before ordering so that available supporting information can be provided.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility to make accurate product claims or to supply products that comply with applicable legal requirements.

Custom Artwork and Third-Party Rights

You should only provide artwork, logos, names, graphics, or other intellectual property that you own or have permission to reproduce.

Permission to use customer-submitted artwork is limited to what is reasonably necessary to manufacture and fulfill your order. Separate permission may be required before we use your custom design, photographs, or other materials for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-party trademarks, logos, team names, driver names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

A reference to a driver, racing team, manufacturer, brand, or other third party does not by itself establish sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, licensing, or affiliation with Explicit Pro.

Explicit Pro does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or intellectual property. Any authorization, licensing, or affiliation claim made on our store must be accurate and supported where applicable.

Delivery, Returns and Problems
